I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel that on this occasion I would quite like my money back. It's not a bad haircut, it's just not what I asked for - I feel like I probably didn't communicate this well enough, but I did have several pictures with me, including a selfie with my hair cut that way in the past. There were a few basic hair-care steps missing eg. Brush long hair before you wash it to reduce tangles later on. It was a windy day, so this would have been helpful. Also I didn't really see any products used on my hair beyond the shampoo and conditioner, so the hairdryer made it all quite staticky. I'm quite shy, so I don't mind a stylist who isn't chatty, but it would have been nice if she had said "Hi, my name is X, how are you?" etc. I think it was a ten quid haircut rather than a £45 haircut.
