They cancelled a few hours before the appointment. When I emailed them regarding the refund, I received no response - even after 2 emails. I've had to take it up with treatwell after over a week of no response or refund.

I had a haircut here, the price at the salon was £8 cheaper than the price I paid through Treatwell! Really unethical to have that discrepancy. Also, they did not use heat protection spray before blow drying, when I asked if they could apply some they said they are professionals and therefore don’t need to...
Ladies' Haircuts
Exactly what I wanted!!! Trusting a new hairdresser to cut your hair is tough but my hair looks absolutely fantastic and the hairdresser did exactly what I asked. The blow-dry is probably one of the best I've ever had and I'm fully going back there no questions asked. The wash was also incredible. It wasn't a typical case of just rubbing shampoo on my head and then rinsing it they actually washed the hair properly.
