My appointment started half an hour late, the hairdresser was supposed to do a full head but there is sections of my hair that have not been touched. The worst part is I left my bag hanging up near me assuming it would be fine, when I got home I found loads of hair from a different customer inside, this was so disgusting.

The hair dresser started doing another persons hair (who looked like a friend not a customer) so my appointment over ran by an hour and then I had to return later as I really had to leave.
