Overall positive experience- staff were friendly, it was good value, and the procedure itself was done efficiently. They used good wax that made it quick and less painful, which is always a plus when getting a Brazilian!!

Overall I was really happy with my manicure, there were a few bubbles in the finish but they were quite small. The choice of colours was quite small but I managed to find a colour that I wanted.
my only minor criticism would be that it was a bit distracting when the therapist kept stopping to answer the phone, especially as there was another therapist there with no clients who could hve answered the phone.
I would happily recommend and return for future treatments.

Easy to reach (6 mins walking from mile end station), punctual, friendly staff, very hot and nice coffee for free, gelish manicure not perfect but well done, I also manage to have my eyebrown done without appointment and the lituanian girl that madr it was very smiling and nice.
definitely i ll go again.

Grite the therapist was really friendly and welcoming.
the pedicure was really relaxing, just what I needed being heavily pregnant.
Nail varnish colours are quite traditional so if you are looking for some crazy colours you might be slightly disappointed.
