I came here for a relaxing massage because I had been very stressed. Lily clearly knows a lot about the body and recognised old injuries and imbalances I had in my body and worked them into my relaxing massage. She is very caring and very talented. She is not my go to for massage and healing support.

The therapist could tell exactly what was wrong with me even without me telling her. She was professional, explained how everything worked to me and constantly checked how I was. She recommended aftercare and was thoroughly lovely.

Lovely, cheerful therapist who really understands Chinese medicine. She took time to find out what was wrong and it felt very personalised. I have had acupuncture before and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but she definitely made a difference. I have much more movement in my shoulders and I feel better all over.
