Staff were lovely, as was the massage and spa itself. The 4 star is due to the fact I didn’t know there was a steam room/spa etc. This was advised I use before my massage but I didn’t leave enough time/bring my swimwear. Would go back again and leave enough time to use those facilities.

The staff were lovely and the the sauna and relaxation room were fabulous. My treatment was amazing and the the staff members definitely made me feel amazing and relaxed.
