First time getting waxed and overall happy. However would have appreciated a bit more explanation about what was going on. Wax was a bit too hot at times and I think has now burned my skin. And some hairs that could have easily been tweezed were left for some reason

A lovely morning at East River Spa, the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at ease. The spa is fairly small, so I would definitely recommend booking a treatment.
