I booked a massage by Shoban, but got eventually a treatment by someone else. They secured me it would be a great massage. Well, it wasn’t great at all! I didn’t felt any pressure, even when I asked for it. Personally I really took the effort to come (small baby at home), I looked so forward to the massage. Lost time and £80 for this treatment. Really dissapointed, as I finally found a great spa nearby.

This was my second visit to the East River Spa. This time I brought my mum as a birthday gift. The spa was lovely and quiet and extremely relaxing. The treatments were a little later than the time booked for but both massage and facial were excellent. We had afternoon tea included in our package which was also brilliant and in the hotels river facing restaurant.

I have been twice to the East river spa for waxing. I am very satisfied with the result. The girls there are very friendly and kind. I would totally recomend it!
