Great experience. I was given a lovely scalp massage while my fit mask was setting. Such a nice touch!
Review is based on spa experience alone, everything there was very good. The afternoon tea was appalling. It was clear staff didn't care at all, we were waiting at least 45 minutes for the afternoon tea (even though we booked in for 3pm so they knew we were coming). When it finally arrived the waiter just put it on the table and walked away, no eye contact, no smile, no explanation of what things were and the layer of sandwiches still had cling film on it which we had to take off. When we were finally able to grab someones attention we ordered two glasses of prosecco...we waited another 40 minutes for this before we had to ask someone again for them, 10 minutes later the finally arrived.
I'm a pretty patient person and I don't usually complain but I can't afford to have treats like this that often so when i save money to do something like this it's really disappointing when the standard is really bad.
