Definitely enjoyed my time at this spa. It's small, but comfortable with everything that you need. I did miss sitting in a Jacuzzi or going for a swim though... So if you want that, you'll need to go elsewhere. However, there is a steam room and sauna and three experience showers, which is great. The full body massage that I had was brilliant and I would go back again just for that massage. I also like the fact that you use the facilities before your treatment and then your masseuse comes and finds you wherever you are in the facility and brings you to your treatment room. It means you don't have to watch the time and can fully relax into the experience. My deal also included dinner and the restaurant was great. All the food was prepared fresh, which means a little longer to wait, but it's definitely worth it. I'll visit again and hopefully stay over next time :-)
Tommi was just brilliant. 5 Star treatment...very thorough, experienced and professional. I cannot sing enough praise!
I have a complaint about the service received! I had two of these treatments in one month. they were polar opposite in the standard of treatment. and I simply want to speak to the manager about the unfair treatment the first time round. sent email and left messages for a call back. nothing!
A New Year’s Eve treat for my boyfriend and I, we were treated very kindly by all staff. As well as the treatment we had booked, we also got to use the relaxation room and sauna, which was a nice plus! We will definitely go back.
I purchased the Inner City Escape half day package, for two. We were greeted by very friendly and professional staff at reception. The atmosphere was very calming and facilities were clean; the sauna and steam room were slightly smaller than expected but thankfully not overcrowded. The relaxation room was excellent, with heated beds and a great view. Our treatments (body polish and massage) were handled skillfully by the masseurs and tailored to our individual requests/problem areas. Our lunch in the restaurant was nice, with good service, though not exceptionally high quality. On balance, though overall we had a good experience, I do not feel it was fully worth the price paid (in comparison to other packages of this nature that we have purchased from other London spas/locations). I would recommend the spa for the services/treatments and helpful staff, however would in future opt for a standard service selection in pursuit of better value for money.
