Everything was great. Staff were professional and welcoming. Fantastic service. Facilities were clean and fully working. Betting relaxing experience.
I do not have anything negative to say about the quality of the aromatheraphy massage itself.
My masseuse and her team were wonderful and made my day totally special.
It would have been perfect if I had received the 1 hour massage I paid for at the full price, rather than the 40 minute session I ended up having (It wasn't like I arrived late)
Maybe a proportionate £20 reimbursement will do the trick.
Apart from this, thank you to you all at East River Spa.
We have booked half day spa with full body massage and afternoon tea. The staff was very nice and the massage excellent! However, the spa is quite small and does not have many facilities (jacuzzi or similar would be nice) and the relaxation room did get quite busy at times. Other than that it was a great experience!
