Why wasn't I told in advance I could then have booked an alternative treatment. However, my full body massage was excellent and my visit improved.
The atmosphere of the hotel and spa is amazing, perfect mood is set as soon as you enter. Spa is clean and cleaners are constantly checking the facilities. We had the facial and the woman was lovely, made time to wind us and down and explain what she was doing. Only downfall is the lack of facilities. There were2 steam rooms and 2 experience showers which were just powerful showers. So our use of the facilities was done very quickly. Other than that lovely experience.
We had afternoon tea and a massage for our girls day out and they didn't disappoint. The massage was absolutely fantastic.
Great massage and facial, however spa facilities limited and it got rather crowded
