Beautiful views out of the relaxation room and afternoon tea was of a fantastic standard. Treatments were good too (I had a facial and a massage) and we weren't rushed in any way so the experience was very relaxing. Some very rowdy people using the facilities at times, for example loudly speaking on the phone in the relaxation room and while this isn't the spa's fault, it would be nice to see staff challenging this so other customers do not have to. However, I would recommend to a friend and will definitely be retuening in the nexr few months.
With my boyfriend we bought a Day Spa Break where we suppose to have a massage together and then use the facilities, but we had the massage in a different moment and about the facilities just the sauna was working properly and the ice fountain. The steam room and the six different emotional shower no one of them was working for different reason and no one told us when we booked the treatments. I mean I can even understand if the facilities are momentarily out of order but we should know and eventually we could decide to book in another moment. The only good thing was the massage, the girl was very good and nice as well. I definitely wouldn't recommend this experience, especially for the price we paid. Luxury environment and cheap quality.
Although the spa was lacking in facilities, Katerina the therapist certainly made up for that with a fantastic massage and welcoming manner!
We booked the city dweller. The staff (especially Clayton) were very attentive. The treatment was excellent . I would highly recommend this place and will be going back for sure.
I've book a half day spa for myself and my girlfriend for her birthday and we had a wonderful time and relaxation all the way through. Initially our treatment was seperated but we're both manage to have it done at the same time so it's nice to be side each other. We really enjoy it and would definitely recommend it.
