Beata was so lovely and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately my lashes only lasted a couple of days despite me looking after them. I reached out to let the salon know and ask if I could receive a refund as I started noticing fallout the day after. I was offered a gift card however I don’t live near the salon so asked if a partial cash refund would be possible. customer service was really disappointing, accused me of lying about the results of my procedure and were honestly pretty mean

My second time visiting for a cut and Daisy is just wonderful, so friendly and welcoming as well as knowing exactly what I want. The whole experience is great and I would definitely recommend.
