The ‘blow dry’was a ‘rough blow dry’ that seemed careless. I asked for a trim and instead has several inches taken off which was not what I wanted at all. Overall I was disappointed.

Everything was excellent as per usual. Under the present circumstances all precautions were taken. I felt quite safe.
