I got the wash cut & blow dry, it was okay. This time it was subpar, nothing like my first visit which was incredible. This time, my hair wasn’t conditioned thoroughly. As someone with curly hair, it’s crucial to get a good deep conditioning. Hair cut was decent and done the way I asked. The blow dry again was not the best. I got a curly blow dry and my hair didn’t have that salon finish, shiny locks. It looked like it was done at home.

I paid for a facial that was meant to last 45 mins according to the ad on treatwell. Once I had arrived to the salon I was told that this would be only 20 mins. It’s ridiculous to be told that my treatment time was cut by more than half. This itself is false advertising, so just be aware and double check. I am someone who has also had a lot of facials, this by far one of the worst. The therapist also put a 20 min timer on, I could also feel the rush in her hands. Overall, would not go back

All very professional and picked up quickly on the fact that I wanted something no fuss and low maintenance. I was in and out within 30 mins which suited me perfectly. Everyone was very friendly and I would recommend.
