My first visit to a salon in years, and my focus was to get a good cut for my hair as I wanted more shape than a simple trim would give. Was happy to see Ebony Suite offered a proper cut service, which seems to be uncommon to find lately. Kevan was lovely, patient and clearly knowledgeable about Afro hair of different forms. He cares about fully tending to the client’s hair over just getting the job done, and gave hair maintenance tips too. I plan on visiting more often.

The hairdressers was closed but did not notify me. I am now owed a refund from Treatwell.

I was rescheduled to this date but to no avail. The salon was closed and I received no treatment. I have called the number attached multiple times and no one has responded. I have already paid for this treatment as well.
