Normally a 5 star experience but was served by a different staff member who kept digging their nail under my nail bed, seemed very unhygienic. Gel was too thick and tips were uneven - I tried to ask them to correct it but they were stubborn.

My nails are so perfect, they knew exactly what I wanted without barely saying anything - so nice to go somewhere I don’t have to worry and I know it’s getting done right!
