Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience at this salon. First of all, I do not believe the tools for a manicure are sterilized before each customer, as they came out of a box that seemed a bit dirty.. this is a health hazard, and I hope they can address it. Second, I wasn't very pleased with my BIAB manicure, as there wasn't much attention to detail, shape (it was uneven and was very very thick), and my manicure ended up lifting and breaking after a weak which is not normal for BIAB.
