The stylist didn't seem happy about the ash blonde request from the beginning so I wish I had come in for a consultation. The toner was left on for too long and made my hair a brown grey colour. It did wash out though and I am much happier with the colour - they did do a great job at the foiling which is hard to find. I would recommend the service but book a consultation first.

I went in for a last minute wash, cut and blow dry with the senior stylist Roy. Great experience, and really understood what I wanted, I came out with my hair feeling amazing! Would definitely come back.
