cheap haircut and half head of highlights. Sadly, after leaving and moving into different light, I noticed my highlights had an obvious brassy tone rather than a cool tone as requested. The haircut was fine, although extra layers were cut in at the front that were not asked for and are subsequently hard to style. Slightly prickly conversation, freezing salon and VERY slow process made for a distinctly average experience.
