This is my second wax with Francesca and she was brilliant both times. Made me feel at ease and is an absolute perfectionist. Lovely treatment room and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Absolutely definitely worth going to someone who does an excellent job and is a lovely therapist. She is brilliant.
