My Hollywood wax was done so violently I was left with painful dark purple bruises all over my bikini line, down my legs & even on my vagina itself. I was told this was ‘normal’ but have never had this result from previous waxing. After the hollywood I was told another woman was coming to start the leg wax & the first woman would finish it, but instead both women waxed both my legs at the same time, and somehow still missed hair. The staff use wax strips for far longer than you are supposed to & when they were cleaning the room when I was leaving even put the wax machine on the floor. Awful experience, do not recommend.

Pleased with service I got from Fariha. Fariha is an eyebrow queen would definitely recommend her if you want perfection in eyebrow. She is very polite and friendly. The salon was neat and tidy. Also met two new staff members Gauri and Jeni and they were friendly and helpful too. would definitely recommend the salon.
