did my dermabrasion on Saturday and I'm so happy and pleased with the way my face look and feel my face look healthy and more refined i can say I'm a happy customer and will be going back for my next treatment

Thanks Viona! I came in to have pubic region waxed at the weekend. It was a boiling hot day so could have been pretty unpleasant in such a small room. However the room was cool and Viona took special care to keep the area clean and dry. She had this breathing technic which I had not come across before, so that was a little odd to begin with, but I soon got into it!
Due to the general heat of the day (it was 30 degrees outside) I did go a little red, but the aftercare advice meant redness went down within a few hours. She also kindly followed the appointment up with a text to check all was OK.
Hair was removed to spec. No stray hairs (in fact she was very precise when it came to getting remaining hair equal on both sides) and the whole experience was relatively pain free.
The bed was a massage bed. My only issue would be that it was slightly uncomfortable. Next time I will ask for it to be turned off (which I probably should have done at the time!). Thanks very much though, I will be back!

I feel bad writing this, but this was honestly the worst wax I've ever had. I asked for a Brazilian but came out with a Hollywood...but with small patches of hair left all over, despite being in there for 40 minutes. I'm often out within 10. The lady kept saying she wasn't sure how best to do the next part and pulling my skin in various directions which made me feel very uncomfortable. She also asked me to do breathing exercises even though I told her the pain doesn't bother me, which meant the whole process took longer and again made me feel uncomfortable.
I really don't think she has much experience and needs to practice before offering this service.

I loved my therapist Viona she was very nice, patient and informative about the treatment and her services. The salon was very clean, tidy, beautifully decorated and well scented. I would definitely recommend Viona to friends and family members.
