well unfortunately I have to write a bad review to this lovely lady because unfortunately I had never had such a bad waxing done in my life.my appointment didn't go well at all,I still have few spots on my legs where I still have some hair left,my Hollywood wax with hot wax was, to say the least , a disaster which left half of the hair (no exaggeration) on my labias, cos she couldn't wax off, I'm not smooth at all, and the worst part is that on some areas on my legs and some parts of my inner thighs my layer of skin was ripped of by the strip wax. I just noticed it when the redness disappeared and I had been left with red long patches of torn skin on my legs. so I unfortunately wouldn't recommend waxing in this place to anyone or I think this lovely lady ( which she truly is with her personality) needs more of the experience because she seems to know all the theory but applying it is a whole different story. I wish her all the best in the future!

Viona was lovely and made me feel super comfortable as a first timer. She took her time and talked me through what she was doing and made sure the visit was about what made me comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

I have been to the salob many times have had amazing facials been given great advice and I keep going back as the staff are very professional and friendly.
