I asked for a full head of highlights, and I realised as she got to the top of my head she wasn’t going all the way to the root. I’d shown her a picture and clearly explained what I wanted and now I’m left with my hair looking as if I haven’t had it done in 2 months because I left with roots. I did enjoy the massage chairs, but would happily have not used them to get my hair done correctly and not paid £4 for conditioner?? Not happy with my hair at all I will not be going back.
