Great haircut, really pleased with the cut and lovely blow dry.

Not great value, certainly wasn’t a directors cut & more a half hearted head of highlights, I requested certain things but it wasn’t done. The language barrier was an issue. The directors cut was a quick trim. I think the salon need to be honest and call it a budget cut and highlights because if I’d paid full price I’d be really upset. Groupon customers weren’t even offered a coffee!
The hair washing station seemed nice but then I was left with my toner on and being vibrated in the massage bed without being consulted. I’d just had an operation on my leg so it wasn’t ideal. My head resting on the sink lip had also gone numb.
What with that and the bizarre conversations about the director trying to find a partner because he needed his ironing doing.....? Not a great experience, def wouldn’t go back and I really wanted to like this place. Oh well
