Good value for money. Pleased with the wax. Booked through treatwell but the salon didn't get the booking. It was lucky that they could see me as the lady left shorty after. The salon recommended that I book directly next time. Wax was good though.

Called by staff on the day to notify that an appointment was not possible for the time I'd booked for my partner. Cannot fault the staff for letting me know and suspect fault lies between venue and 'Treatwell' service in booking process. Will be seeking refund at the earliest opportunity.

Very hard to get through to Salon to make appointment which is strange as must have more than one member of staff
Facial very good therapist very nice and made me feel relaxed. While mask was on she gave me a head massage as well very nice. Great location and free parking. Therapist ready for me when I arrived. For the price I paid I was very satisfied. Would recommend trying and I will be booking again
