I booked here as my usual place had no appointments left and the ratings were decent, however my Hollywood wasn’t a good experience.
Firstly, I found the wax more painful as a strip wax was used for the upper part and bottom. Secondly, the wax itself was not thorough and I was left with hair around the labia and bottom. Thirdly, I think the same wooden thing was being used for each application, meaning it was double dipped - which is not hygienic at all. I can’t be 100% sure of this though as I was facing away from the wax pot. However I came out with a irritated rash for the week after, which I have never had before, and I felt like confirmed my suspicions of double dipping.
The lady doing it was lovely and the venue was clean and pleasant.
Please note that I did the British thing of saying nothing about my complaints to them on the day, so to be fair I didn’t give them a chance to correct the above.
