My stylist Kirstie was fabulous, she matched my roots perfectly, even with my highlights and lowlights woven throughout. She was professional, listened to my concerns and what I wanted and talked me through the colour options. She made me feel super comfortable and I loved the results! The salon was very clean and the beautician downstairs (I didn't get her name) accommodated me to get my eyebrows done. My only tiny quibble is the price - I was charged an extra 10 pounds for having long hair, even though it was for a rough dry - not a finish. I understand charging slightly more, for an extra couple inches of hair, so maybe 5 quid? But ten seemed a lot...
Still, overall an excellent experience, I will be back.
