A great haircut but not what I asked for. I asked for a trim, and was told that what I wanted was ‘outdated’ before the guy cut off 3 inches (not what I would consider a trim). The hair cut itself is good but it’s not what I wanted or asked for.

I would love to pay lots of ££ to feel a little pampered and comfortable at my hair salon. My hair cut was fine. However, I felt my experience was very impersonal and dry. I was assigned a male hairdresser who just did his job as a job. When shampooing my hair, I felt like just did it because he had to, making me feel uncomfortable. No extra care or attention, no feeling of warmth or being pampered. Additionally, it was unfortunate that he had bad breath, client facing professionals should always do a quick check and keep some mints around. I paid, I left, but won’t be back.
