Facial was lovely and relaxing and my skin looked glowing afterwards. Sadly I was disappointed with my massage. Despite asking for the therapist to use more pressure this didn’t happen. I also thought a full hour massage would include legs/arms and chest but only back of legs were briefly worked on.

Really unhappy with my experience today. I would never consider going back. I walk in and they struggle to find my appointment. I was then rudely accused of having long hair instead of short hair before I even took it down... I queried how I was supposed to know what they considered short. I was then told I didn’t book for a blow dry even though I had proof on my app. Luckily a family walked in who had an appointment which again he couldn’t find on the system so I took the opportunity to leave as I didn’t want someone so rude cutting my hair. Apparently this hairdressers really struggle having two systems to manage alongside retaining good customer service.
