Lovely salon, liked the interior a lot and was nice and clean. Unfortunately they weren't quite on top of the treatwell system and so when I arrived I found I'd been double booked. Fortunately I wasn't in a rush and the staff were very apologetic and moved a few things around so I could be fitted in within half hour. The hair wash and products were lovely and nice level of chat from the member of staff (I'm not too chatty!). Unfortunately I did get home and notice they'd 'missed a bit' in a simple trim which was a surprise (didn't notice at the salon!) but managed to fix over the bathroom sink. The member of staff told me they're a new salon and had only been in Balham a couple of months so would definitely be willing to go back and hopefully once they've found their feed a little more they'll be really top notch.
