First time with Alvaro and he listened to my big monologue about losing half of my hair to iron deficiency and feeling really self conscious about it. He took so much care and time to cut not only the ends but also all the fine regrowth hairs which would encourage my hair to grow thicker. He gave me so much helpful advice and made me feel really pampered, I’ll be back!

the gel manicure was good, although keep in mind they charge £15 for removal in case you need to do that (which i think is quite steep)
