Unfortunately the team were not expecting me when I arrived. i was shown to a room which was not set up properly. it was a very rushed service and didnt remove the hair. I was then told that was it and the lady left. As I went to leave the salon there was nobody available to speak to about the service and nobody made an effort to speak to me. it was generally poor.

This was ok, but I actually ended up being burned due to the temperature of the wax.

Booking was not well received. Technician was polite but it felt very rushed. She cut open my skin on several nails and did not finish the job nicely. My nails have been left in a state and sore.
