I was very happy with the treatment, I was a little worried at first cos im very fussy with my brows but I was reassured and she did a great job and I will definitely be coming back!

The gel removal itself and the nail technician were good but first impressions were very bad and it wasn’t very Covid secure. The manager couldn’t find my booking and seemed very irritated at me because of this?! She and other staff members (except the nail technician) weren’t wearing face masks properly and I was seated close to the hairdressing bit and had hot air from the hairdryer blown at me for much of the time which wasn’t very nice

The lady was quite rude, saying I didn’t have an appointment and should cancel (if I had cancelled I wouldn’t have got a refund as it was at the time of the appointment).. when I looked on her phone my appointment was there, she had just missed it. Then had quite a rough wax
