the girl who did it was so rough with my nails. I had soak off gel nails which were filed off with a nail file, not an electronic sander and not soaked. The filing to get the polish off was abrasive to my nail, cuticle and surrounding skin area. She cut off the extra cuticle and skin and made me bleed. I told her ouch. My fingers were and ARE still sore. it's been 4 days. I've had to put healing ointment on the cuts and one finger may have an infection because it's tender and swollen!!!

Eda’s service is always fantastic, I’ve had a variety of treatments and I have never been disappointed, the staff are always wonderful and they remember you and what you want. I don’t need to go anywhere else!

The staff were really friendly and the venue is nice. When I arrived they didn’t have someone in so I had to wait a while for my nails but they were really apologetic and nice. The problem was the manicure itself. I don’t know if it was because they felt bad for keeping me a long time but she was really quick and so it was very painful when she was doing my cuticles resulting it me bleeding on at least three of my fingers and it’s still sore and painful now. It’s hard to enjoy a manicure when there is dried blood crusted around it. I won’t be returning
