Eda was extremely friendly. Products used were not as advertised, hot strip wax used on sensitive areas instead of hot hard wax. Most painful Hollywood I have ever had, the beautician waxed large areas instead of taking her time to do small sections. She seemed to be in a rush. Very poor and rough technique overall. People in and out of the room, I started with one beautician and ended with another.
