I showed a picture of what I wanted and she barely looked at it. She cut my hair completely different to what I wanted. And she used razors without asking if I minded. When she switched to scissors she angled them and I could hear my hair breaking. There was nothing the treatment could do after that. Went to get my split ends sorted and left with my hair just as broken.
