Very friendly and competent staff. The equipment is modern and handy, such as heated beds or roll-on wax. I felt relaxed afterwards and will go again!

The place was lovely and staff were friendly but I would not go back again for a bikini wax. I left with burnt skin which is not ideal in such a sensitive place! When I said the wax was too hot she tested it again on my skin to see if it was still too hot which it was. It seemed as if she was very rushed. Once she swapped to a different wax it was fine but the damage was done. I have a high pain threshold so I know that this wax would be way too hot for most people.
