I've been coming here for a few years now for waxing and I've never been left disappointed. Whichever therapist I've had has always made me feel comfortable and has done a good job, making sure I'm happy with the results 😊.
Unfortunately this is a low rating review - I went into my appointment only to be told the masseuse has done a runner and my massage is cancelled at my arrival! I appreciate that is an unexpected circumstance but it’d be good customer service to be contacted prior so I didn’t have to arrive with disappointment! The new manager Natalie has tried to offer diff date but when I requested for a refund she couldn’t honour that, leaving me to raise it with Treatwell instead, which I’m still waiting for
