i gave the voucher to a friend she enjoyed it so much she call me from there to thank me now am defianatley booking myself in for birthday next month with my friends for some treatments thank Solace for giving my friend a lovely relaxing day.
What a gorgeous spa, beautiful old building, nicely decorated with very luxurious feel. My therapist was really lovely (i am so sorry I have forgotten her name) in fact, everyone was lovely, there was nothing which was too much trouble during my visit. I had many drinks and they even offered to get me a sandwich as my treatments were at lunchtime, really amazed by the quality of service, will definitely be booking in again
I normally go to solace spa for eyebrow wax and have been very impressed. In particular a therapist called Stacey is amazing. However, I have just had an eyebrow and upper lip wax and I am not impressed! I had to come home and pluck lots of stray hairs and my eyebrows are completely uneven; I look stupid! I am going to have to leave them to grow to have them evened out.
Solace spa was a very good experience and i will go back to continue my facial regime. The location is very good, the staff are very knowledgeable and the treatment itself was excellent.
From booking the appointment over the phone to being brought a drink after my treatment my entire experience of Solace Spa was excellent. The premises are spotlessly clean and very relaxing. Every member of staff I met was professional and friendly.
My therapist, Andrea, was wonderful. Every step of the process was explained and executed very professionally.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solace Spa to anyone.
