I first went a few months ago for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and even though it's on the edge of the city it felt like I was miles away. The pedicure lasted for ages and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked into reception.
I've since been back for a back massage, manicure and pedicure.
I enjoy visting Solace spa as it is a friendly spa well located with decent treatment rooms.
I only went to the spa as I had an offer that I had seen on line. I wasn't expecting anything brilliant and would have been happy with something that was clean considering what I paid. I was amazed when I arrived as to how lovely the spa was. My therapist was really knowlegdable about the products she was using and the 60 minute treatment felt like I was there for hours. You will not be disappointed by this spa. Its a very professional set up and now they are open 7 days a week it only gets better. The location is really easy to get to and there was parking on site! They are worth a try if you get a chance...
Lovely salon atmosphere very tranquil and calm, therapists very friendly and welcoming, they explained treatment and made me feel very relaxed. Over pedicure very good standard and would definatley visit the salon again for further treatments in the future.
I have been going to Solace Spa since April 2011 and have pretty much tried out all of the treatments they offer. Each time I have had a different therapist and all have been super friendly and automatically put me at ease.
The spa itself is well equipped and nicely decorated. There is a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the door, which is hard to find for a City Centre spa and there is also a relaxation room where you can sit before and after your treatment where you can help yourself to refreshments.
I would highly recommend Solace Spa, I have been numerous times and each visit has been a wonderful experience.
