I thought the waiting room was very calming and relaxing with dimmed lighting to get you ready for the massage ahead. The massage therapist, asked if I had any particular areas that I’d like concentrating on and she was very good. Unfortunately, I’m leaving I was encouraged not to book through treatwell as they have moved offers if you booked direct, so naturally I booked direct with them and at my following appt was charged the full 90 min host stone massage price of £68 which on a Sunday through treateell is £62! They also wanted a £20 deposit in advance! Based on that o won’t be using them again!
