visited the spa this evening after they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment before my holiday, I was greeted in reception and then asked to take a seat in the lounge which was very comfortable and relaxing, the therapist named Lorraine collected me and took me to the room for my pedicure. Lorraine was lovely and friendly and gave me some good feet tips ! I was really pleased with the whole experience and will be visiting again soon. Thanks solace spa and Lorraine
I was very well taken care of by my therapist who talked me through everything that she was doing. I found the facial treatment soo effective that I didn't feel the need to wear any makeup for the rest of the day.
I recently went to Solace Spa for a facial and I found the whole experience quite relaxing and enjoyable. The Therapist was very professional and friendly, making the experience better. I would definitely recommend Solace Spa to friends and family.
After a stressful journey around Birmingham's road system I was a bit late but arriving at Solace I was impressed by the building and feel of the place. The treatment was very nice and I came away with nice looking toes.
Great spa experience. Really good value. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, went out of the way to make time there as relaxing as possible. The facial was lovely. The therapist Andrea was very professional and knowledgeable. The actual spa facilities are very nice.
