I had underarm and half leg waxing done and overall I had a good experience. The service was excellent and the place was clean and comfortable. However, the waxing wasn’t as clean as I’m used to, although I did have some shorter hairs so it might’ve been difficult to remove without causing pain. Also, the wax wasn’t properly cleaned after the treatment - I had lints from my trousers sticking on my legs afterwards. That being said I would come back and try other treatments as well.
Normally really like it here, but on this occasion it was a bit disappointing. I wasn’t offered a drink on arrival or anytime during the treatment, the therapist used her nails as a pedicure tool and put her hands into the moisturiser and scrub rather than using a spatula or anything else. Didn’t seem very hygienic.
