I am visiting Liverpool from the US & was nervous to go to an unfamiliar salon. However, my experience was excellent! Wonderful customer service. Was offered water, tea or coffee. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. Rachel was especially great, going out of her way to answer my questions, even on her day off. I wished Edge was in the US & I could continue getting my hair done here.

Very pleased with my new hair and the overall experience. Daniel did an incredible job on my hair extensions—so natural and exactly what I wanted. He was super attentive and professional throughout. The other staff were also so lovely and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Daniel and his team!
