The treatment itself was fantastic, very relaxing and helped with my pains. However the appointment was delayed by half an hour - they'd notified me of a 15 minute delay earlier in the day, but the email to say it would be half an hour late was only sent when I was already on my way. This was also my 2nd attempt at booking with them, as the 1st time I booked they moved my appointment 2 hours earlier without confirming with me and turned me away when I arrived, which was incredibly frustrating.
