very impersonal I made it clear where the points of tension were and I don’t think it was tailored to this
The massage was supposed to be strong which it wasn’t, I had a lot of tension and I didn’t feel any better after. Very unfortunate

I had neck and shoulder pain and the therapist did a great massage I felt so good afterwards and pain was less than before I will definitely go back
