Thankfully I was able to change plans to reschedule for 3 hours later. The massage started 10 mins late, though therapist did apologise for this.
Massage itself was really good pressure; nothing worse than a massage that isn’t firm enough! So can’t fault pressure-both v pleased.
Would have been nice to be offered toilet or a drink as room v warm!

Bit of a mix up initially as I wasn't with the therapist I had booked with and the massage started off as Swedish massage, not deep tissue massage. However, the therapist changed to deep tissue as soon as I asked, and was amazing and very thorough.
