I normally love the massage that I get but the pressure was just too strong. I asked for it to be brought down and for a tiny bit it was but the rest was just too harsh a pressure.
Every single time I have booked I have my appointment time pushed back (no exaggeration). This one was pushed back by 30 mins.
I normally put up with it because the massage is really good but I wonder about finding a new place after this one.

I was treated horribly. I was freezing , I was uncomfortable, i tried to speak to them. none of them spoke english. i literally started crying ans they just smiled and went 'bye'. they also charged me more than the app said i would pay.
